Refund and Returns Policy
At Hoverworld, we aim to ensure you are fully satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you are not happy with your product, we’re here to help with a simple and transparent return and refund process.
1. Return Eligibility
To be eligible for a return:
- The item must be unused, in its original packaging, and in the same condition that you received it.
- The return request must be made within 7 days of delivery.
- You must provide a valid proof of purchase (invoice/order ID).
2. Non-Returnable Items
We do not accept returns for:
- Items that show signs of use or physical damage.
- Items returned after 7 days of delivery.
- Products purchased during special offers, discounts, or clearance sales (unless defective).
3. Refunds (If Applicable)
Once your return is received and inspected:
- We will notify you via email or phone regarding the approval or rejection of your refund.
- If approved, your refund will be processed within 7-10 business days, and the amount will be credited to your original method of payment.
4. Exchanges
We only replace items if they are:
- Defective or damaged during transit.
- Reported within 48 hours of delivery with unboxing video proof.
5. Return Shipping
- Customers are responsible for paying the return shipping costs unless the item is defective or incorrect.
- For eligible cases, Hoverworld may offer a pick & drop return service, depending on your location.
6. Cancellations
- Orders can only be cancelled within 24 hours of placing the order, provided it hasn’t been shipped.
- Once shipped, the order cannot be cancelled.
