1. Order Cancellation by Customer
- Timeframe: You can cancel your order within 24 hours of placing it, provided it has not been shipped.

If your order has already been shipped, it cannot be cancelled. However, you may still be eligible to request a return or refund after delivery, as per our Refund & Returns Policy.
2. Cancellation by Hoverworld
Hoverworld reserves the right to cancel orders in certain situations, including but not limited to:
- Product out of stock or discontinued
- Pricing or inventory errors
- Suspicious or fraudulent activity
- Delivery not possible to the provided address
In such cases, we will notify you immediately and process a full refund (if payment has been made).
3. Refunds for Cancelled Orders
- If your cancellation request is approved before shipping, a full refund will be initiated to your original payment method within 5–7 business days.
- In case of Cash on Delivery (COD) orders, no charges apply for cancellation within the allowed timeframe.
