1. Return Eligibility

To be eligible for a return:

  • The item must be unused, in its original packaging, and in the same condition that you received it.
  • The return request must be made within 7 days of delivery.
  • You must provide a valid proof of purchase (invoice/order ID).

2. Non-Returnable Items

We do not accept returns for:

  • Items that show signs of use or physical damage.
  • Items returned after 7 days of delivery.
  • Products purchased during special offers, discounts, or clearance sales (unless defective).

3. Refunds (If Applicable)

Once your return is received and inspected:

  • We will notify you via email or phone regarding the approval or rejection of your refund.
  • If approved, your refund will be processed within 7-10 business days, and the amount will be credited to your original method of payment.

4. Exchanges

We only replace items if they are:

  • Defective or damaged during transit.
  • Reported within 48 hours of delivery with unboxing video proof.

5. Return Shipping

  • Customers are responsible for paying the return shipping costs unless the item is defective or incorrect.
  • For eligible cases, Hoverworld may offer a pick & drop return service, depending on your location.

6. Cancellations

  • Orders can only be cancelled within 24 hours of placing the order, provided it hasn’t been shipped.
  • Once shipped, the order cannot be cancelled.
